What must I send in for academic eligibility?

Your Purchase Order:

A Purchase Order (Net 30) is your proof of academic eligibility. Please be sure to include your order number and Tax Exempt ID number on every purchase order.

For Purchasing Cards (PCARD):

When using a School Purchasing Card (PCARD), you are required to submit a valid School address for all orders.

For Personal Credit Card or Checks:

When paying for a purchase with a personal credit card or check, you must send a signed Letter of Authorization on School letterhead indicating that this is a School purchase. Be sure to include the Schools tax exempt ID number or we will have to charge applicable sales tax.

Special Restrictions

Not all manufacturers offer discounts to Teachers, faculty and administration. Some manufacturers require full-time employment. Letters must be signed by School officials.

How long your eligibility is kept on file:

Purchase orders are valid for each order. All other Academic eligibility is kept on file for 12 months. If you have received an order within the last 12 months, your eligibility is on file. Simply reply back to the eligibility email by typing ON FILE.
